How ChattyBox Works (The Technical Part)

Scraping & Ingestion
When you enter your URL, our crawler visits your website. It intelligently parses your HTML, removing navigation bars, footers, and ads, to extract only the core information. It handles sitemaps automatically to find all your documentation pages.
Vector Embeddings (The Brain)
We split your content into "chunks" and convert them into vector embeddings using high-dimensional AI models. This creates a semantic map of your documentation. When a user asks "How do I add an API key?", we do not keyword match-we understand the meaning of their question.
Strict RAG Response Generation
This is where the magic happens. We perform Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). We find the top 3-5 relevant chunks from your own data and feed only that information to the LLM. We explicitly instruct the model: "Answer using ONLY the provided context. If the answer is not there, say you do not know." This is how we eliminate hallucinations.
