Zero Hallucinations

The AI Chatbot That
Never Makes Things Up

Hallucinations destroy trust. ChattyBox is engineered to answer exclusively from your data, or admit when it doesn't know.

What is an AI Hallucination?

It's when an AI confidently states a fact that is completely false. For customer support, this is dangerous.

Generic AI Chatbots

  • "Invent" features you don't have
  • Quote pricing from 2021
  • Make up code syntax that errors out
  • Promise refunds or policies that don't exist

ChattyBox Approach

  • Restricted context window (Your Data Only)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Explicit "I don't know" training
  • Direct citations for every claim

The Anti-Hallucination Engine

1. Semantic Search

When a user asks a question, we first search your indexed pages for relevant chunks of text. We don't guess; we find.

2. Context Stuffing

We feed the AI only the relevant text chunks found in step 1. The system prompt explicitly forbids using outside knowledge.

3. Verification

If the retrieved context doesn't contain the answer, ChattyBox is trained to admit it rather than fabricate a response.

Build trust, not confusion.

Deploy a chatbot that respects the truth of your documentation.
